The full session fee is $225 plus taxes (Total $249.75). This includes a 25-minute family session with 15 images via downloadable images in an online gallery approx 3-4 weeks after your session. A $100 deposit is required to hold your session time. The remainder of the session fee is due by etransfer, cash or cheque when you receive an email that the online gallery is ready for you ($149.75)
To book your session simply select the time-slot that best suits you, fill in your information and make a $100 deposit using my online booking system. If you prefer to pay via etransfer or cash, please email info@amandaandrephotoarts.com ASAP with your chosen and available time slot and I can book that for you if it is still available.

Location will be outdoors and TBA! I will email you closer to the date to confirm the outdoor location so we can have the best fall colours! All Sessions will take place in Saskatoon City Limits
In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule at a date/time that works for both the client and photographer. If under extenuating circumstance that date cannot be achieved by Oct 31, 2020 the retainer will be returned to the client.

I hereby give permission to Amanda Andre Photoarts to use my and my family's photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, sale, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage.
I acknowledge I own the personal copyright of the images taken by Amanda Andre Photoarts, meaning I may print them for personal use, use on personal social media pages and personal blogs/websites. I agree I will not use the images for commercial use, contests, profit, or likewise.
I agree I will not alter the images in any way aside from minor cropping when printing (ie: no filters, or text) Amanda Andre Photoarts is not liable for print quality/control issues what result from printing at economy labs.
I agree I will back up the images to an external source for example external hard drive, dropbox, etc as Amanda Andre Photoarts is not liable for storage of my images after one month of delivery of online gallery.
I will pay my remainder in a timely manner when my online gallery is ready.
If I need to reschedule my session I will give as much notice as possible and Amanda Andre will reschedule for a different time and/or date. If less than 12 hours notice and my session time cannot be filled, I agree I will forfeit my deposit. (unless it is covid-19 related)
I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
COVID 19 RELEASE:
With the ever changing Covid-19 Pandemic and protocol, I agree that I will follow mandates as set forth by our province. If I am mandated to isolate for whatever reason, or have been in close contact with someone with Covid-19, I agree to contact Amanda Andre and reschedule the session to a later date. If the photographer needs to isolate and the session needs to be cancelled, two options will be given for the client to choose from: refund of deposit, or reschedule at a later date. If after the session date you test positive for Covid-19 you must let Amanda Andre Photoarts know as soon as possible as part of contact tracing.
Social distancing measures will be in place and will be maintaining 6 feet + of distance. The photographer will wear a mask if closer contact is needed (with little ones, or more close up images, or if requested). The photographer will be in touch with you closer to the session date and if you prefer for the photographer to wear a mask the entire length of the session, that is an option as well.
Sanitizing of any props will be done between sessions, and each family will have their own clean blanket for any seated poses. If you choose to bring your own, please ensure it has been washed before arrival. Hand sanitizer will be used often by the photographer and is encouraged for the subjects.
While I understand the these precautions are taken, I know Covid-19 is still a risk anytime one is out in public. I will not hold Amanda Andre Photoarts liable should Covid-19 effect my household.
